Our service is to provide our customers with a template-based WordPress website that is easy to edit, responsive friendly, aesthetically beautiful and highlight functional.

Unlike other website template companies, the team at Kickstarter Websites builds your website for you. And once your website has been built, the intellectual property is yours.

 

  1. Content Supply

The client represents to Kickstarter Websites and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designers, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Kickstarter Websites for inclusion on the web page are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Kickstarter Websites from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.

  1. Domains

All businesses must provide a registered domain name prior to commencing work. For example: www.kickstarterwebsites.com.au.

If you don’t have a registered domain name, you can register one at VentraIP or Net Registry.

Customer must either provide login details for their registered domain name (and the company they have registered with) or connect their domain name to the Kickstarter Website Hosting by changing the DNS settings. (Point domain to either A Records: 112.140.180.27 OR DNS: ns1.hostingmode.com.au, ns2.hostingmode.com.au & ns3.hostingmode.com.au)

Kickstarter Websites takes no responsibility for the registration or renewal of domain names.

  1. Hosting

Once your 6 months FREE hosting is up you will have an option to renew your hosting with us at $15 per month +GST (minimum sign-up of 1year).

1 month prior to your hosting lapsing, you will be contacted by a team member at Kickstarter to discuss future hosting options.

If you do not choose to continue hosting with Kickstarter and have not arranged hosting with another company, your website will be offline effective after your FREE six months.

We are a reseller of a premium hosting service and manage your hosting but take no responsibility for down time or website compromise. We will always do our best to maintain a optimum service..

  1. Editable Content

Text: all paragraph text, services text and contact us text is completely editable by the end user.

Imagery: services thumbnail images and gallery images are editable by the end user.

Social Media Links: all 3 social media links are editable by the end user.

  1. Search Engines

We do not guarantee any specific position in search engine results for your website.

  1. Licensing

Once you have paid us in full for our work we grant to you a license to use the website and its related software and contents for the life of the website. Any additional work required to repair issues resulting to 3rd party or client access, is not covered under any agreement between Kickstarter Websites and the client. Kickstarter Websites is not obligated to rectify these issues, and upon agreement, any such work will be billable at the rate of $150+GST per hour.

  1. Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups with respect to your website and we will not be liable for restoring any client data or client websites except to the extent that such data loss arises out of a negligent act or omission by us. We cannot accept responsibility for any security breaches or malicious activities that impact on the live website.
